Scent Stays Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Scent Stays, we are committed to providing you with innovative fragrance solutions and exceptional customer service.** We want to ensure you have a positive experience with our wearable fragrance emitter and offer the following warranty and return policy for your peace of mind.

 

1. One-Year Limited Warranty

Your Scent Stays device is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We are dedicated to making sure your experience with our product is smooth and enjoyable.

 

Warranty Coverage:

 

Repair or Replacement: If your device malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the defective part or replace the entire device at no additional cost.

 

Warranty Exclusions:

* Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling or operation, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
* Unauthorized modifications, repairs, water exposure, and damage from external factors like drops or falls are also not covered.

 

2. 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Scent Stays device! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

 

Return Process:

 

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the device must be in its original, unworn/unused condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to return your package. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

 

Please Note: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
